SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR JOBLR

If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions do not place an order. If you have any questions please contact our customer services team (+45 - 70 22 80 82 or in the US 1-888 828 2642, or email: sales@joblr.net). These terms and conditions apply for every use of the homepage of Joblr.net, the product itself and the facilities connected to the use.


1. Definitions

“Administrator” means the Service administrator: an individual appointed by the Subscriber to provide access to and use of the Joblr
 
“Agreement” means the Terms and Conditions between Joblr and the Subscriber/Administrator/User relating to the Service
 
“Information” means information, in whatever form, provided as part of the Service
 
“Service” means the information products and services available to the Subscriber and the Users
 
”Subscriber” means the entity set out in the Subscription Agreement
 
”User” means a representative authorized by the Subscriber to use the Service
 

2. Contracting Party

Your subscription contract will be fulfilled by Joblr Limited, a company registered in Denmark under registered number 28843852 whose registered office is at Store Kongensgade 36-38, 1264 Copenhagen K, Denmark.
 

3. Right to refuse orders

We reserve the right not to fulfill and to cancel orders:
 
3.1  in the event of obvious inaccuracies in prices, except that we may fulfill your order at the correct price;
 
3.2 if we are unable to obtain payment authorization from the issuer of your payment card.
 

4. The Service

Depending on the subscription selected by the user, the Joblr Subscription allows he following number of users  access to joblr.net and the Services in the Subscription period:
 
Joblr FREE – 1 user
Joblr PRO Free Trial – 1 user
Joblr PRO – 5 users
Joblr ELITE – 10 users
 
The Administrator only has access to enter question in the support system, to change the setup in the account and to read the guides. The other users have access to all reports, tools, links, news, dictionary plus the support archive of existing questions and answers.
 

5. Use of the Service

The Subscriber, and each User, shall not:
 
  1. use, copy, store, save, transmit, reproduce, distribute, display, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate the Information to any third party, other than as specifically authorized in the terms of this Agreement; 
     
  2. remove, conceal or alter any copyright notices contained in the Service or the Information;
    The Subscriber shall: 
     
  3. ensure that each User is aware of and complies with the conditions of use of the Service and/or the Information contained in this Agreement; 
     
  4. ensure that each User complies with any additional restrictions notified by means of any onscreen notices contained within an article of Information to which the additional restriction relates. To the event that there is any inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and any on-screen notice, then the terms of this Agreement will prevail;
By breach of the Terms and Conditions or misuse of the Website or the services offered on the Website may SEO Support without notice terminate a subscription or disable access to the Website and the services provided. There will under such circumstances not be any refund.
 

6. Subscription and correspondence

When the customer presses “Accept” to start or renew a subscription, the purchase has taken place and the money will instantly be deducted from the customer’s credit card.
 
A receipt for the transaction will be delivered by email immediately after payment is completed.
 
The cardholder will not be responsible for more than the amounts agreed to in the purchase.
 
If the Customer changes a credit card, it is the Customer’s responsibility to inform the company.
 
Customer must actively accept subscription terms and price by clicking on “Accept terms”.  When a purchase is done the customer will be informed via email. The same applies when the Subscription Terms are due to change.
 
Subscription terms and conditions will be available to customers upon subscribing.
When the Subscription has been signed, the Subscriber will inform Joblr Limited about the name, address and e-mail address of the person / employee who will be manager of the Joblr account (the Administrator).
 
Joblr will send all communications relating to the subscription agreement to the Administrator.
The Administrator function can be transferred within the company, if communicated in writing (preferably via email) to Joblr with the name and e-mail address for the person to take over the duties of the Administrator.
 

7. Term and Termination

Subscriptions are available for one month or 6, 12 and 24 months.
 
Subscriptions will be renewed automatically and charged to the credit or debit card used to open an account, unless the subscriber unchecked the box next to Automatic Renewals in the account. However , subscriptions paid by bank transfer can be renewed through payment of a subscription bill, which is sent via e-mail to the administrator one month before the expiration of the subscription. If the Subscriber wants the subscription invoice sent to another person than the Administrator it has to be agreed in writing with Joblr.
 
If a subscriber elects to not renew a subscription when the subscription period expires, the subscription ends automatically.
 
When a subscription expires, the subscriber longer has access to the Member section of the Website, which requires a user name and password. Subscribers who have prepared material on the site should make a copy of this before the end of the subscription period. Joblr is not obliged to disclose the material after the subscription agreement ended.
 
Cancellations and refunds
Cancelling the service does not entitle the subscriber to a refund.
 

8. Price Information

Prices displayed on the subscriptions section of the website will prevail at all times in relation to orders placed on-line. Prices quoted at checkout include taxes where applicable.
 
If you make ongoing direct debit payments we reserve the right to increase our prices at any time after the first year of your subscription has ended and will notify you in writing with 10 days notice of any such price increase.
 
Although we try to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We will refund you in full if you cancel the order and have already paid.
 

9.  Copyright

Names, logos, trademarks on the Website and the site's content such as text, graphics, icons, images and software belongs to Joblr Limited and is protected by copyright law and other legislation.
 
Downloading and other digital copying of the content or parts of it are only allowed for personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise agreed in writing with Joblr Limited.
 

10. Warranty, liability and indemnity

Joblr Limited shall make reasonable efforts to ensure: the accuracy and reliability of the Service; the timeliness of the Information. Neither Joblr Limited, nor any person related to Joblr Limited, will be held liable in relation to the accuracy or timeliness of the Information or for any loss or damage of any type in connection with the provision of or failure to provide the Service.
 
This Agreement gives neither the Subscriber, nor any User or Customer any rights against third party information providers with respect to the use of Information.
 
To the extent Joblr Limited or any person related to Joblr Limited is liable for breach of any implied warranty or condition which cannot be excluded, liability is restricted, at Joblr Limited’s option, to re-supply the Service or to refund the subscription payment. 
 
Subject to the above qualifications, the Subscriber expressly agrees that in no circumstances will Joblr Limited or any person related to the company be liable for any damage or loss (including but not limited to any indirect or consequential loss or any loss of profits or revenues whatsoever) however caused (including but not limited to, by the negligence of Joblr Limited or any person related to the company suffered or incurred by the Subscriber in connection of the use of the Service.
 
The Subscriber shall indemnify Joblr Limited and, where relevant, any third party information provider or supplier, for any direct loss or damage (not including any consequential loss or special or punitive damages) arising out of any use of the Information by the Subscriber and/or Users beyond the rights expressly granted to the Subscriber and/or the Users under this Agreement.
 
The total liability of Joblr Limited under this Agreement shall, to the extent permitted by law, under no circumstances exceed the Fees paid by the Subscriber in the twelve months preceding such claim. The existence of more than one claim shall not enlarge or extend the limit.
 

11.   Contributions from Users

All material and information received from users of the Website can be used indefinitely by Joblr Limited for commercial and non-commercial reasons,  including after the subscription period has ended. Submitting material to the Website does not entitle subscribers to royalties.
 
Joblr Limited may delete the received material and information and has no obligation to store the data for any length of time.
 

12. Privacy

Joblr Limited will protect and maintain your privacy. Information provided will be used for the purpose of recording subscription details and managing your subscription. You have the right to see what is held about you and correct any inaccuracies. Joblr Limited treats all the data held with the utmost care and security. Any details you give will remain completely confidential.
 

13. Cookies

On the website, Joblr use cookies which, among other things, enables Joblr to see which parts of the site, the user's browser has previously visited.
 
Joblr does not deal with information about user behavior, which is collected through cookies in a way that can connect the user behavior with certain individuals.
 
A "cookie" is a small piece of information that a Web site can store in a designated file on your computer. It can be used, among other things, to identify you when you log in to a Web site. When you visit a site, that site can access only the information which it stored in your cookie -- not information put in your cookie by other sites. Joblr is one of many sites that use cookies. 
 

14. Variation

These terms and conditions are subject to change. Joblr Limited may alter the form and content of the Service from time to time.
 

15. Governing law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Danish law. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based.
 

16. General

The terms and conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions represent the entire Agreement between both parties relating to the Service and supersede all prior agreements and representations.
