Joblr FREE version costs nothing. Ever. Nada. Zip. You can continue to benchmark your Visibility Score, and get the latest industry news for as long as you like, until you tell us to stop.

A note to subscribers in Europe : If you are from Denmark or a private person within the European Union, we have to charge you a 25% sales tax. Joblr is a Danish company and so required to charge this Danish “moms” tax. If you are a VAT registered company within the European Union, no VAT will be added provided that you can produce a valid VAT registration number. Joblr is not required to add VAT for any subscriber outside the European Union.

How can you sell the Joblr service for so little?

How does the support work?

The support area on Joblr is best mix of both a familiar online forum and an online support ticket system.

Unlike a forum, the conversations are only between you and Joblr. You ask and our qualified search engine optimization specialists answer. This way your questions do not end up in long geeky discussions which are of little or no value to you. You get clear, useful and correct answers to your questions.

Like a support ticket, you can ask a question whenever you need to and we will reply within two business days. If you need a follow up to the questions, you just add to the thread. The support ticket does not end until you are satisfied and close it.

Once you have closed a support ticket the questions and answers in it will be moved to Joblr archives available to subscribers only.. This is the other part that is similar to a forum But again members can't break into the archived discussions. It’s just an archive of good questions and answers - not a geeky debate.

Will I be anonymous when I ask questions in the support?

Yes, your name will not be published in the archives so none of the other members of Joblr will be able to see that you asked the question. Only we can see your real name.

However, if you use references to your business or website in your question people may be able to indentify you by that.

If you would like confidential support, Joblr does offer an upgrade for that, in which your questions and answers will not be moved to the shared archives but will only be accessible to you.

Naturally this service is much more expensive for us to deliver as we cannot reuse the answers we give to you. So this service is really aimed at the few companies that really do need this level of confidentiality.

The confidential support upgrade costs $250 per month in addition to a standard subscription.

What kind of questions can I ask in the support?

You can ask any question that has to do with search engine marketing for your site specifically.

You cannot ask specific questions about websites you have not signed up in your Joblr account If you want to track multiple websites you can add more than one site to your account with a discount for additional sites.

The Joblr support is not the same as consulting. We will answer your questions the best we can but we will not:

Analyse your website
Do your keyword research
Take support calls by phone

Why not just use the free forums on the web?

Who answers the questions in the support?

All the Joblr supporters are expert search marketing professionals with years of practical experience and success with large and small websites.

The support team is constantly monitored through a three-tier support structure that secures that you always get correct, effective answers. The Joblr SEO Answers specialist who has the best skills it takes to give you a correct answer will do it.

Can I add more than one domain to my subscription?

A base subscription on Joblr is for one website only. If you have more than one website it is easy to upgrade to more sites.

For each website you add you can set the keywords and competitors to monitor and you'll get a full set of reports.

There is a discount on additional sites from the base subscription price. See details under the Subscription rates.

Can I change my list of keywords or add new keywords to the ranking reports?

Yes, you can easily upgrade your Joblr subscription from the standard number of keywords to as many as you want. We do not, however, recommend that you add much more than 200 as the reports tend to get very hard to overview with too many keywords.

The price for upgrading is as follow:

10 extra keywords: $10 per month ($1.00 per keyword/month)
25 extra keywords: $20 per month ($0.80 per keyword/month)
100 extra keywords: $50 per month ($0.50 per keyword/month)

Can I track more than 3 competitors in the reports?

Yes, you can easily upgrade your Joblr subscription from the standard 3 competitors to as many as you want.

The price for upgrading is as follow:

2 extra competitors: $10 per month ($5 per competitor/month)
5 extra competitors: $15 per month ($3 per competitor/month)
10 extra competitors: $20 per month ($2 per competitor/month)

Is Joblr just another "get-rich-quick" scam?

No, absolutely not. We are not trying to make you believe that you can get rich from search engine marketing overnight – or without doing any work. SEO just doesn’t work that way.

We believe that a combination of the right intelligence and a lot of hard work is the right way to succeed in search engine marketing. Joblr provides all the intelligence you need - knowledge, support and reporting. On top of this you have to do some work - or pay someone to do it.

Does Joblr provide any additional services?

Joblr is 100% dedicated and focused on giving you the best possible, and most economical subscription service. Nothing else. We do not supply consulting, link building, web design or programming services.

However, we do work with a few selected consulting firms and agencies that do offer such services.

Joblr is a Danish company; what does this mean to me?

Two things:

1. Joblr is the brainchild of Mikkel deMib Svendsen and has been operating in Denmark since August 2008 as SEOsupporten.dk, with hundreds of Danish subscribers signing on since then. Mikkel has been a search engine marketing pioneer since 1996, and honestly, there is not much he doesn’t know about search engines and marketing websites in them.

2. Denmark consumer protection laws are very strict and provide much greater assurance for subscribers than other countries. In order to be a Danish company, Joblr has been obliged to set very high standards for service delivery and ethics. This means that no matter where you are, you can remain confident that Joblr will provide the service with the highest integrity. So, if you are in the US, or the UK, or Australia, Joblr can technically be called an “offshore” company, but in this case you could not do better!
